Showcasing Versatile Products - RV"s come in various shapes and sizes, from compact trailer to luxury motorhomes. Showcasing and demonstrating the unique features of each type of RV can be fascinating. Creating Memorable Experiences - Helping customers find the right RV means you are contributing to their future adventures. Knowing you played a part in creating those moments can be incredibly rewarding. Knowledge of Outdoor / Camping Lifestyle - Being immersed in the world of RV's allows you to gain knowledge about outdoor activities. This knowledge can be shared with customers, fostering a sense of camaraderie. Problem Solving Challenges - Overcoming challenges, such as helping customers find solutions for travel needs or addressing concerns can be intellectually stimulating and satisfying. Building Relationships - Selling RV's often involves building relationships with customers over time. Establishing trust and rapport can make the sales process enjoyable for both you and the customer. Continuous Learning - The RV industry is dynamic, with new model and features introduced regularly. Compensation
- Commission Based Pay Plan with up to $150,000 with a Guaranteed Wage Supplement
You don’t need previous sales experience to take advantage of this AMAZING opportunity. Work in North Americas largest indoor showroom - over 140 RVs inside over 2 levels - Offering our customers a warm comfortable shopping expereince in Alberta's cold winters while keeping them cool during the summer. Candidates who have excelled in this position include former business owners, educators and insurance agents, but we are open to anyone with passion, drive and potential. If you have a passion for travel, the outdoors, and helping people create lasting memories, selling RV's is a fun and enjoyable career. The combination of a dynamic industry, diverse customer interactions, and the satisfaction of contributing to people's adventures will make each day on the job unique and fulfilling.
