Description de posteDiagnosing and repairing : You'll be the go-to person for fixing any issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Regular maintenance : Play a key role in performing routine check-ups on HVAC equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity. Service calls : You'll manage service calls, identify problems, and make repairs to keep our customers happy. Keeping records : Accurate documentation of the jobs you complete and the services you render. Customer service : Providing top-notch customer service is a must, alongside giving expert advice on the care and maintenance of HVAC systems. Experience : A solid 3-5 years in the HVAC field, with a deep understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating system mechanics. Problem-solving skills : A knack for handling service calls efficiently and offering practical solutions. Communication : Strong skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication for dealing with customers and fellow team members. Physical capability : A willingness to tackle the demands of the job, including working in tight spaces. Credentials : Preference for candidates holding a valid HVAC license.
