Production Laboratory Technician

Saturday-Tuesday :
Saturday & Sunday 10 : 00am-10 : 00pm
Monday & Tuesday 10 : 00am-6 : 00pm
The Vaccine production operator carries out manufacturing operations in accordance with appropriate procedures, in compliance with HSE standards, productivity targets and quality standards (GMP, hygiene). Propose ideas to improve productivity and they own their environment (workstations organization, quality and safety). The operator will propose ideas to improve productivity and take accountability for their workspace He / she is responsible for the daily activities of the laboratory and ensures they meet the appropriate specifications for the production of animal vaccines (harvesting, purification and aseptic filling activities). The Vaccine production operator will participate in the construction of the new documentation system and the validation of the equipment and processes (clean zone, autoclaves, centrifuge, tangential flow filtration system).
Responsibilities :
Suggest set-up of the team’s work in daily Tier 1 based on the given production scheduleExecute production planning, reporting quality standardsInform & escalate in case of issue or in case can’t solve / deviationMonitor & improve his activity on continuous basisClose & control work ordersComplete the processing, documentation and cleaning in an aseptic processing areaWork independently, complete daily tasks accurately and efficientlyCollect samples from various tanks, surfaces and environmentPerform equipment and instrument calibrations according to established proceduresIdentify and report irregularities identified with any aspects of workReview production batch recordsRespect operating time yield standardsAnalyze some variances and propose implementation of action plansSet-up / write SOP’sApply all standards (environment, quality, safety / HSE, aseptic, cost)Perform In-Process Controls (IPC)Complete and check batch reportsRaise alert in case of dangerous situations, near miss / miss, QA deviation etcRun internal auditsParticipate in writing new SOP and Batch Production RecordsEnsures 5S standards are met and maintainedFollows all health and safety rules and regulationsParticipate in the validation process with guidanceOn the assigned workstations, ensure that CPS standards are appliedUpdate & monitor performance indicators on his / her line / zone, analyse gaps, propose and perform resolution actionsPropose and implement ideas for improvement (short / medium term)Carry out process confirmation as provided by the corresponding planning functionGuarantee compliance with performance and workshop storage standards in the assigned workshops; raise alert if neededEnsure first level of maintenance and changeovers (=clean machines and keep them in good condition), escalate if any deviation / issueAct as a responder for incoming spill calls.
