This leadership position will champion the leadership and growth of Paladin Security Group’s security programs for all Paladin health care and non-healthcare contracts in Toronto, Ontario. You will be challenged to develop and coordinate implementation strategies to support all of our operations and security program; and developing the capacity of Paladin staff to respond effectively to security and life safety emergencies.

Job Description
Assists in the development of short term and longer range goals and objectives, ensuring that such plans support the goals, policies and vision of Paladin Security GroupDevelops implements, maintains and evaluates the security programs for Paladin’s contractsOversees and schedule the appropriate resources to ensure all of the company’s contractual obligations are metTakes ownership of staff and client issues and supports the timely response to both groupsDevelops and maintains excellent relationships with the clients in the portfolioPerforms interviews to support Human Resources to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet the company’s contractual obligationsEnsures there are thorough site training and employee orientations programs in place at all sites within the portfolioVisits with clients and the staff assigned to the sites regularly and ensure the needs of both the client and staff are metMonitors all accounts receivable of clients within the portfolio and assists accounting when needed to ensure all accounts are kept up to dateQualifications
3-5 years of industry experience in a leadership position is considered an important assetClass G Driver’s License is requiredExperience with a Mobile Division is an assetExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of professionalismAbility to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper recordsWorking knowledge of appropriate legislation and provincial / national standards on fire safety, building codes, security, and protection of privacyMust have strong leadership, social interaction and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office softwareAbility to write and present proposals to large organizationsEducation Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma / GED
Valid G Driver License
College / University Education
