Bilingual Disability Case Manager - Claims Advisor

French / English Bilingual

Full-time - Remote work from home opportunity

Starting at $24.00 / hour (based on experience)

In this role, you will perform the analysis of medical claims.

Responsibilities :

You will collaborate with internal team members and external customers to ensure the processing of medical claims is conducted effectively.

You will in cooperation with the team, develop verbal text and scripts to be used to communicate with clients.

You will effectively meet project obligations.

You will ensure all data is accurately and effectively entered into the system.

Requirements :

Your communication skills in French and English (written and verbal) are superior.

You have top-notch Excel skills with strong MS Office ability.

You are experienced in drafting written content.

You are a critical thinker with sound judgment and strong attention to detail.

You thrive in a team environment.

You are confident working with a database.

You have ideally healthcare related experience or education (asset)

You have previous claims experience.

Clean criminal record.
