MAC LLP is a full-service public accounting firm in Waterloo Region that has been in business for over 35 years. We deliver services to a wide range of clients including owner-managed businesses, not-for-profit organizations, charities, social housing, and individuals for both Canadian and US tax engagements.

We are looking for an enthusiastic T1 Assembler to join our amazing team! This role is Elmira based with potential for some travel to our Waterloo office. The successful candidate will work with the team to prepare tax packages for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Printing and assembling tax returns
• Data entry and other general office tasks
• Scanning and filing confidential client documents for company records
• Assist in compiling and mailing of personal tax returns
• Provide general administrative support
