Meroka is a small and ambitious team working to create better experiences across healthcare. Today this includes supporting physician owned practices with operations, finance, brand, tech and strategy. As we evolve, our focus remains the same : build tools and systems that feel human, practical and thoughtful. We believe in clarity, kindness, speed and long term thinking. This role exists because we are entering a stage where experimentation matters more than perfection. We want someone who sees growth as building, testing, publishing and learning in real time and who thrives when the path is ambiguous.

This Role Is Not for You If…

  • You struggle in fast moving or unstructured environments
  • You need clear instructions rather than creating your own clarity
  • You avoid rapid experimentation in both marketing and product
  • You are uncomfortable testing ideas in public or building rough prototypes
  • You prefer planning over doing and perfection over progress
  • You are not interested in scrappy growth work that mixes content, campaigns and product concepts
  • You do not thrive in ambiguity or early stage intensity
  • You are not excited by a start up culture that is hard working and smart working

What You’ll Do

  • Run continuous experiments across channels, formats and audiences
  • Design and ship content at high velocity including social posts, short form video, campaigns, brand drops and unconventional ideas
  • Prototype simple product concepts using tools like Figma or Replit to explore ideas quickly
  • Work with engineers to turn lightweight prototypes into real product experiments and iterate based on user feedback
  • Test bold concepts to capture attention and immediately see what resonates
  • Kill ideas fast when they do not land and double down when they do
  • Build in public and close the loop quickly with real user signals
  • Create momentum around Meroka so physicians and partners feel the energy of what we are building
  • Collaborate with design, product and engineering to tell the story of independent medicine through both content and product experiences
  • Keep burn low by being scrappy, resourceful and creative across every part of the work

    • Additional Notes

  • This role is based in London or Montreal. It requires in person collaboration most of the week.
  • Travel to the United States will be required for content capture, campaigns and team collaboration. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.

In five to seven minutes, explain why you want to join Meroka, share two or three hacky ideas you would test in your first month, and show a lightweight prototype you created for this application for example a simple Figma mock, small Replit project or clickable flow that demonstrates how you turn ideas into early versions before working with engineers to ship fast.
