Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an intermediate full-stack developer who’s passionate about building real‑world applications and exploring the power of AI‑assisted development. You’ll work on features that support shift management and communication, core to our mission of simplifying workforce operations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and contributing to both frontend and backend development efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience who is looking to grow in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Rapidly prototype new functionality using AI‑powered platforms like Locofy and Bolt
• Collaborate with AI agents and developers using tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate development
• Develop and maintain web applications using Vue.js on the frontend and .NET 9 on the backend
• Design and optimize database queries and structures using MSSQL
• Integrate and manage asynchronous messaging systems
• Configure and maintain web servers and reverse proxies
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Ensure code quality, performance, privacy, and security best practices
• Use GitHub for version control, issue tracking, and CI / CD workflows
