Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, within the transport industry. • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries with attention to detail and courtesy.
• Assist customers with questions regarding parking permits and related services, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Process and manage data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
• Schedule appointments efficiently to accommodate customer needs and organizational timelines.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing relevant information and resolving issues effectively.
• Coordinate correspondence through email, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize, track, and document customer interactions.
• Process order entries with precision to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while resolving customer concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is required.
• Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational abilities to handle scheduling and order entry tasks.
