Do you enjoy providing exceptional bilingual French customer service and supporting a sales team? Are you bilingual in French and English? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!

Randstad is currently recruiting for a French Bilingual Customer Service and Sales position for a well-known, established pharmaceutical company in Oakville.

Type : 6 month contract with the possibility for extension / being brought on permanently

Hours : Full-time Monday to Friday 9 : 30-6 : 00pm

Salary : $24 / hr

Location : Oakville (QEW & 403)

Hybrid - Mondays and Fridays Work from Home

Industry : Pharmaceutical

Start Date : October 28th, 2024

Responsibilities

  • Resolve critical business issues and solve situations related to orders, shipments, or other customer-related matters.
  • Handle order placement, order status, and customer complaint issues.
  • Deliver work that is well-executed, accurate, and attentive to detail.
  • Use SAP and other Customer Service applications to access customer information, policies, and procedures.
  • Interact with peers, supervisors, and managers to assist with orders and information.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in English & French, and ensure quick response times of under 24 hours.
  • Qualifications

  • Fluent in French (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience with SAP systems, salesforce and Excel is an asset
