About the role:

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Summer SeasonalSpa Receptionist.

We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts ofmany,we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Hourly Wage:$24.00 - $25.10

What you will do:

• Extend a warm welcome to arriving guests at the Spa and fitness center as a Spa Receptionist.

• Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the spa services offered and effectively communicate the options to guests.

• Sell retail items and products, ensuringa high levelof service and professionalism.

• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.

• Handle guest check-ins, appointments, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.

• Coordinate with other spa staff to ensure smoothoperationsandoptimalguest satisfaction.

• Uphold a standard of exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

• Assistin administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and payment processing.

What you bring:

• Prior Spa or fitness center experience.

• Prior reception or customer service experience.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Excellent commitment to service andteam work.

• Valid work authorization in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7,365 daysa year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends,overnightsand holidays.
