Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store visually appealingly, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain assigned areas to visual standards
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells (metaphorically speaking)
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader
