Responsibilities

• Organize keys, file documents by internal coding system and by Lot number; upload documents to the web for each sale.
• Communicate with multiple departments, teams and customers who sign up equipment, assisting with documents such as LOLCs and purge documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Deliver superior customer service to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety : promote safety and personal responsibility for yourself, your team, coworkers, and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
