Bookkeeper (Onsite) - Multi-Company Portfolio

Richmond, BC | Full-Time Contract (Length to be determined)

Hourly Wage - $22.00 per hour (working hours can be flexible)

We are a Richmond-based real estate development company with a growing portfolio across BC. We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What you’ll do:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping (AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations)
• Bank, credit card, and cash flow monitoring
• Monthly/quarterly financial reporting
• GST/PST preparation and documentation
• Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Improve bookkeeping processes and controls

What we’re looking for:

• Proven bookkeeping experience (multi-entity preferred)
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and month-end
• QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) proficiency
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
