Your future role

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of assigned departments, driving efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including supervisors, employees, and customers), provide technical guidance to staff, and oversee departmental policies and budgets, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of managing unionised staff in a shop environment, but also coordinate investigations for customer issues and special projects.
