Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate completion and information of "reject sheets" (whiteboard information, times, box / pallet time, etc)
- Ensure automation equipment is stocked with handles and replenish as needed
- Manually install product attachments as required
- Closely monitor and inspect product, as per company procedure, for signs of problems and place into proper packaging
- Utilize "help button" for any machine or product / station issues or if you are required to leave your machine
- Check and change denesting stack
- Accurately complete label and printing processes for boxes and pallets
- Pass, feed and retrieve product from printing presses
- Clean color heads
- Remove handles and count rejects (printing department)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for quality, safety, HACCP and food defense
- Ensure proper use of required personal protective equipment at all times
- Other duties as required
