• Strategy Development : Creating, assessing, and recommending business strategies for growth, efficiency, and innovation.

• Project Management : Managing consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Client Communication & Reporting : Keeping clients informed about progress, challenges, and recommendations.
