Job Skills / Requirements

Presently, we are seeking sub-contract cleaners with commercial cleaning experience for various locations in Calgary, AB.

This is a sub-contract position where you have your own company, equipment and labour and we contract work to you. Work is performed outside business hours.Strong requirement would be for subcontractor to have autoscrubber (walk behind scrubber is fine).

Responsibilities

• General cleaning, including, but not limited to :
• Trash removal and dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms
• Completing work to the standard
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Other duties as assigned
• Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client on location
