A well-respected and growing electrical contractor in Peel Region is actively seeking a dedicated, career-driven Electrical Coordinator / Jr. Project Manager to join their team. This dynamic group is on the lookout for future leaders, and you will receive direct mentorship from the lead Senior Project Manager.

Ideally, candidates will possess 4+ years of experience in the ICI contracting market, with a preference for those with an electrical background.

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in optimizing overall project performance and maintaining a close working relationship with their mentor and the Senior Project Manager. This collaboration aims to ensure construction projects run seamlessly, meeting both time and budgetary objectives.

Requirements :

• Electrical Engineering, Construction Technical Diploma, and / or equivalent trade experience and knowledge
• 4+ years of experience in a coordinator role, preferably in electrical contracting or electrical engineering
• Working knowledge of Accubid software and AutoCAD is preferred
• Basic understanding of the construction industry
• Ability to read drawings, with some exposure to design-build projects preferred
• Planning and scheduling skills
• Competency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
• Basic understanding of project forecasting and projections
