Schedule
The successful candidate will be available to work 12-hour (both days and nights) 0700-1900, 0730-1930, 1930-0730 and 1900-0700 weekday, weekend and holidays.

Compensation
Band CU10 : $ - $ per hour. $67,665 - $70,141 per year.

Patient care
Using your clinical expertise, in collaboration with the interprofessional team, you will be responsible for comprehensive assessment, care planning, patient education and discharge planning to support the continuity of care throughout the patient’s stay on Acute Medicine.
You will play a critical role in the coordination and development of interprofessional plans of care, which reflect patient needs.

In addition, you will utilize your demonstrated clinical leadership skills, well-developed analytical, problem solving, delegation and interpersonal skills to assist you in the provision of quality patient care.

Qualifications
Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses. Completion of the Medication Administration certification.
Current BCLS. Recent Acute Medical Experience (1-2 years) required. RPNAO membership is preferred. Excellent physical assessment skills.
