The Role

As the Senior Salesforce Developer , you will take the lead in designing and building Salesforce solutions specifically tailored for healthcare systems. This is more than a technical role—you will be integral in driving a major transformation project that will modernize how patient data is managed, enhance operational workflows, and streamline care delivery. As a senior technical member of the team, it will be your responsibility to mentor developers, admins, and QA teams to maintain a high standard with product releases as well as reinforce the importance of maintaining collaborative working relationships with business stakeholders.

• Database Management : Experience with SOQL, data modeling, and data validation.
• Integration : Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, FHIR standards, data synchronization, and middleware solutions (Mulesoft and Boomi preferred).
• System Configuration : Knowledge of Salesforce settings, user roles, lightning flows, data model, OWD, and approval processes. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce security features and how to leverage the to maintain platform security.
• Architecture Experience : Understanding of cloud-based platforms, SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, multitiered infrastructure, and integration patterns.
• Agile Development Practices : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Security Best Practices : Knowledge of security measures and best practices for integrated Salesforce environments, specific experience in a healthcare setting an asset.
• Understanding of relevant legislative standards related to protecting patient data. Hands‑on experience on Shield is a bonus.
