Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with strong expertise in cybersecurity to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing enterprise IT systems while ensuring compliance with industry security frameworks. This role requires a professional with deep knowledge of Windows and virtualized environments, cloud security, and service management, coupled with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks across infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Security

• Administer and secure Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, and endpoint environments.
• Perform regular server patching, configuration reviews, and vulnerability remediation to maintain compliance and security posture.
• Govern and optimize enterprise password management systems and identity & access management (IAM) processes.
• Maintain and enhance virtualization platforms (VMware, OpenStack) for stability, scalability, and secure provisioning.
