Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced IT Technician for our Calgary Client. As the successful Candidate you will be responsible for effective management of the client’s computer hardware and software systems, resolving technical issues with stakeholder accounts, company software and infrastructure. Your solid technical ability and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills will help you contribute to the team with the delivery, diagnosis, maintenance, reporting, break / fix, and escalation of issues in order to provide excellent customer service. This role is located in Calgary, AB., but is open to hybrid remote (work from office / work from home) working permissions for eligible candidates.

Job Requirements : MUST HAVES :

• 10 + years of broad Tier III work experience in a support / IT services environment with comprehensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of Microsoft Licensing
• Proficient knowledge and working experience with computer hardware, software, cabling, installation, networking, and security
• Hands-on experience in updating, maintenance, and monitoring of all aspects of computer networks
• Proven ability to manage time, multiple projects & assignments, prioritize the client, and understand team needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels and types of users
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving ability and providing quality results
• Post-secondary Degree / Certificate in Computer Science, Systems Administration, or equivalent experience / education
