What you will do
Contribute to building and execution of email‑marketing strategiesOversee day‑to‑day email marketing activities including email campaigns, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of campaigns including the template design, calls‑to‑action, and contentManage and maintain email marketing platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Jacquard, and StensulCoordinate email campaign execution such as target segmentation, data analytics, list management, and lead managementBuild and execute customer journeys and drip campaigns based on behaviorsUse automation and / or dynamic content capabilities focusing on customer experienceSupport the email marketing campaign calendar and quarterly planning processReport and troubleshoot technical issuesTrack and report on key performance indicators and use the data to incorporate key learnings, insights and trends into future campaignsLeverage analytics platforms to provide key insights and recommendations to stakeholdersPartner with BI&A and Digital Analytics teams to validate, test and share insights as neededParticipate in content development and delivery to achieve channel and business objectivesSupport and consult shared services teams on best practices, technical expertise, and digital brand guidelinesAttend industry events and stay current with email marketing best practices and share these with the Corporate Marketing Group on a regular basisWho you are
University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Advertising, and / or Communications4+ years of online marketing experienceMinimum 2 years in email marketing including mobile / responsive email marketing designSalesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certificate requiredOnline / e‑commerce related certifications, Inbound or content marketing certifications and experience with e‑mail platforms such as Stensul & Jacquard are optionalA collaborative team player who is comfortable working in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environmentExcellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑orientated mindsetAbility to juggle multiple, conflicting priorities and get things doneExcellent communication skills (written and verbal English)Ability to learn new skills and technologies quicklyOur Commitment
