Description de poste1 to less than 7 months Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote work. Staff accommodation available Various locations Coordinate the flow of information within the team Direct and control daily operations Direct staff Plan and control budget and expenditures Plan and organize daily operations Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations Supervise other workers Train staff Establish and implement policies and procedures Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Determine and establish office procedures and routines Oversee the classification and rating of occupations Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies Schedule and confirm appointments Manage training and development strategies Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Oversee the analysis of employee data and information Oversee the preparation of reports Respond to employee questions and complaints Order office supplies and maintain inventory Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions Maintain and manage digital database Perform basic bookkeeping tasks 1 to 2 people Google Docs MS Excel MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Windows MS Word MS Project Project management software MS Office QuickBooks Adobe Acrobat Reader Vehicle supplied by employer Valid driver's licence Ability to work independently Fast‑paced environment Work under pressure Ability to multitask Flexibility Judgement Organized Team player Accurate Client focus Reliability Time management Accountability Disability benefits Permanent resident of Canada Temporary resident with a valid work permit
