Description de posteManage complex, cross-functional projects within the banking environment, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope Transition into an ongoing project, taking ownership and driving it forward with minimal support Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, and risks using Clarity and Microsoft Project Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to align on project objectives and ensure successful outcomes Implement and manage change management processes to support project execution and stakeholder buy-in Produce detailed project plans, timelines, and regular status reports for senior leadership Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking project expenses Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues when necessary Ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly AML, OSFI, and other financial regulations
Sr. Business Project Manager to support various initiative of our banking client
Location : Hybrid - DT Toronto (1-2 days a week)
Duration : 6 months with possible extension
LOB : Personal and business banking
Must haves :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management , with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects
- Experience with Everyday Banking Products, Home Financing, and Personal Lending Products
- Knowledge of Retail Investment products
- Familiarity with AML / OSFI / Regulatory requirements
- PMP certification is mandatory
- Expertise in using Clarity and Microsoft Project to manage project timelines, resources, and reporting
- Strong business PM skills with a focus on change management and stakeholder engagement
