What You’ll Do

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as online inquiries.

• Develop a business and prospecting marketing plan to drive new sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain a database of contacts while actively networking to promote the brand and products.

• Provide clients with professional advice, accurate quotes, and customized insurance solutions.

• Respond to client and company inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with internal producers to achieve cross-selling goals and strengthen relationships.

• Fully complete all applicable documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Promote new business ideas and represent the company at events and networking opportunities.

What You Bring to the Team

• Minimum of 3 years proven success in Personal Lines sales with a strong track record of results.

• Valid RIBO License.

• Post-secondary education in a related field (college or university level).

• Comfortable and confident with cold prospecting via email and telephone (preferred).

• Creative ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals.

• Persistent, results-oriented, and highly motivated self-starter.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities with strong attention to detail.

• High computer proficiency; experience with Applied Systems (EPIC) and Compu-quote considered an asset.
