Licensed Pharmacist

Our client is a fast-growing, pharmacist-owned organization operating multiple locations across Western Canada. Known for delivering patient-focused care within a supportive retail pharmacy environment, this team prioritizes community health, strong workflow support, and long-term career growth.

Compensation:

• Annual salary range: $114,000 to $135,000, depending on experience
• (Relocation assistance available for all markets)

Licensed Pharmacist responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with provincial regulations
• Assess new and repeat prescriptions and apply medication management principles
• Provide patient counselling on medication use and monitor patient progress
• Support immunization services and health promotion programs
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Address customer concerns and questions with professionalism and care
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, operational, and clinical requirements
• Support daily pharmacy operations to maintain efficient workflow
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control
• Provide leadership support to the team when required

The successful candidate has:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Active registration with ACP or CPBC in good standing (depending on location of employment)
• CPR certification valid in the province of employment
• Authorization to Administer Drugs by Injection or willingness to obtain
• 1 year of retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience considered an asset
• Strong organizational and operational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfort managing inventory and supporting daily workflow
• Familiarity with Dayforce or similar systems considered an asset
