Our client is a fast-growing, pharmacist-owned organization operating multiple locations across Western Canada. Known for delivering patient-focused care within a supportive retail pharmacy environment, this team prioritizes community health, strong workflow support, and long-term career growth.
Compensation:
- Annual salary range: $114,000 to $135,000, depending on experience
- (Relocation assistance available for all markets)
Licensed Pharmacist responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with provincial regulations
- Assess new and repeat prescriptions and apply medication management principles
- Provide patient counselling on medication use and monitor patient progress
- Support immunization services and health promotion programs
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Address customer concerns and questions with professionalism and care
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, operational, and clinical requirements
- Support daily pharmacy operations to maintain efficient workflow
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control
- Provide leadership support to the team when required
The successful candidate has:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Active registration with ACP or CPBC in good standing (depending on location of employment)
- CPR certification valid in the province of employment
- Authorization to Administer Drugs by Injection or willingness to obtain
- 1 year of retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience considered an asset
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfort managing inventory and supporting daily workflow
- Familiarity with Dayforce or similar systems considered an asset
