Located in the heart of the new Solar district in Brossard, Jazz Brossard is delighted to welcome a wonderful clientele, both independent and those experiencing a loss of autonomy. A warm and friendly atmosphere prevails, where we all feel right at home. We are currently seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and passionate recreation leader. This is a permanent part-time position, 20 hours per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and one variable weekday as needed, with some evenings required for special events.

• Assist the leisure manager in their duties
• Carry out all related tasks requested by the recreation manager
• Collaborate with the different departments of the residence to make things easier for everyone
• Disseminate the activities calendar to residents

• Animate and oversee supervision during the activities
• Decorating the premises for special events
• Promote activities related to the residents
• Welcome the residents and invite them to participate in the activities

• Training related to the leisure sector (an asset)
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
• Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position
