Our Service Technicians install, repair and maintenance all brands of water treatment systems across our district, working closely with their Service Coordinator. As the face of Kaschls Culligan, our technicians are expected to deliver excellent customer service and build strong professional relationships. We set ourselves apart through advanced technology, fully certified staff, authentic and transparent service, and a commitment to educating customers about water quality and the health benefits of our products.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 drivers licence with clean abstract; clean RCMP criminal record check
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform bending / twisting / kneeling
- Strong communication, reading, writing, and numeracy skills
- Basic knowledge of tools, plumbing, or electrical work
- Solid problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
- Good decision-making, critical thinking, and task-planning abilities
- Committed to safe work practices and following company policies
Responsibilities
Load / unload vehicle and complete pre-trip inspectionsManage daily schedule and collect customer payments as neededMaintain vehicle inventory, tool kit, and a clean work areaPerform installations, filter changes, equipment builds, and billingCommunicate inventory needs to the Service CoordinatorMaintain, refurbish, and troubleshoot equipment (phone or on-site)Perform water tests and recommend appropriate servicesInstall equipment using provided notes, photos, and specsPerks & Benefits Full benefits are available after 3 months.
