Responsibilities :
- Generating correspondence, reports and records,
- Handling contracts and invoices
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Maintain filing system, Order office supplies and maintain inventor
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
