Position Description :
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
1. Senior experience in program / project management, SDLC, agile software development.
2. Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects through a program master plan.
3. Identify all the internal and external resources, whether human or technical, required to complete the program successfully
4. Develop project roadmaps, define technical workstreams, manage risks, and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
5. Maintain overall control of the schedule and the delivery of all expected deliverables
6. Oversee and co-ordinate all project / cross-project activities and cross-functional project teams (cloud engineers, network / security teams, DevOps, external vendors).
7. Develop and control schedule, deadlines, budgets and activities
8. Apply change, risk and resource management
9. Maintain detailed documentation including architectural diagrams, transformation playbooks, and operational handoffs.
10. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers (cloud vendors, managed services, network partners).
11. Resolve projects' higher scope issues
12. Able to track the overall benefits of the program regarding benefit realization (did it accomplish the goal)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
1. 7+ years of experience of leading Technical Finance project in the past
2. Good understanding of both waterfall and agile method of delivery. Understanding of AWS technology is a plus
3. Experience of handling Data project and ETL / SQL is a must. Any regulatory project experience is a plus.
4. Can drive things forward with little direction.
5. Excellent Verbal & written communication skills with in-depth Analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Prior experience of working in banking is a plus
