Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, deliveries, and technical issues via phone, email, and fax
Provide guidance on appropriate product applications and solutions
Process customer orders and follow up to ensure timely and accurate completion
Issue RGAs and initiate Item Master set-ups within the ERP system
Support Canadian and GTA representative agencies
Provide EDI support and manage open quotations
Act as a liaison between customers and the Operations department
Maintain and update customer records and databases
Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department for resolution
Assist the Department Manager or Supervisor as required
Take on increasingly complex tasks and develop broader product knowledge
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a client-facing role - must have distribution experience
Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems; working knowledge of ERP or mainframe systems preferred
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
