Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT consulting or technology-focused environment. Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis. Prior experience in a client-facing role with an understanding of customer relationship management. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks. Experience working with the Government would be a bonus

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and validate requirements with stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and scripts, as well as coordinating testing efforts.
- Provide training and support to business users on new systems and processes.
