Le massothérapeute au Spa Guerlain accueille chaleureusement la clientèle et prodigue des soins de massothérapie haut de gamme, conformément aux standards de la marque et aux protocoles d’hygiène. Il veille à offrir une expérience exceptionnelle, en assurant la qualité, la sécurité et la satisfaction du client tout en collaborant efficacement avec l’équipe du spa.

Ce que vous ferez :

• Accueillir chaleureusement le client et le prendre en charge ;

• Réaliser les soins de massothérapie dans le respect des normes établies par la marque ;

• Organiser les cabines de soins et le matériel et des produits mis à sa disposition ;

• Garantir au client la qualité des soins réalisés tout en veillant à sa sécurité ;

• Se soucier en permanence de la qualité de son travail et de la satisfaction du client ;

• Responsable de la mise en place des cabines qui lui sont attribuées ;

• Se soucier de l’atteinte des objectifs du spa ;

• Participer aux réunions de formation interne et faire appliquer cette formation sur le terrain ;

• Démontrer un haut niveau d’éthique, d’intégrité et professionnalisme en toutes situations ;

• Travailler en harmonie avec ses collègues et ses supérieurs hiérarchiques

• Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe aux fonctions ;

Ce que vous contribuez :

• Expérience antérieure de 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire ;

• Formation professionnelle en massothérapie avec adhésion à une association reconnue, ainsi qu’un diplôme collégial en gestion hôtelière (préférable mais non essentiel si le ou la candidat(e) possède une expérience pertinente en massothérapie ou dans un domaine connexe) ;

• Bonne compétence de communication en français, à l’écrit et à l’oral

• La connaissance de l’anglais est exigée puisque la personne devra interagir régulièrement avec une clientèle principalement anglophone ;

• Une excellente compréhension du mode de fonctionnement des divers services du Spa, notamment les bienfaits, indications et contre-indications.

• Être capable de faire la promotion de traitements et de services sans donner une allure de « vendeur acharné » ;

• Avoir une excellente résistance au stress et le gérer de manière positive et efficace ;

• Faire preuve d’un très bon esprit d’équipe ;

• Intérêt et aptitude à offrir un service hors pair à nos clients ;

• Avoir de bonnes compétences relationnelles pour correspondre aux attentes d’une clientèle haut de gamme ;

• Maintenir un aspect professionnel et se conduire de façon mature et avec intégrité en tout temps;

• Être organisé, méticuleux et débrouillard ;

About the role:

The massage therapist at the Guerlain Spa warmly welcomes guests and delivers high-end massage treatments in accordance with brand standards and hygiene protocols. They ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the quality, safety, and satisfaction of each treatment, while working collaboratively with the spa team.

What you will do:

• Warmly welcome and take care of each guest upon arrival;

• Perform massage treatments in accordance with the brand’s established standards;

• Prepare treatment rooms and organize all equipment and products provided;

• Ensure the quality of each treatment while prioritizing the guest’s safety;

• Maintain a high standard of work and consistently strive for guest satisfaction;

• Be responsible for setting up the treatment rooms assigned;

• Contribute to the achievement of the spa’s goals;

• Participate in internal training sessions and apply learnings on the floor;

• Demonstrate a high level of ethics, integrity, and professionalism at all times;

• Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors;

• Perform any other duties related to the role.

What you bring:

• Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar position;

• Professional training in massage therapy with membership in a recognized association, as well as a college diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred but not required if the candidate has relevant experience in massage therapy or a related field);

• Strong communication skills in written and spoken French;

• Proficiency in English is required, as the candidate will regularly interact with a primarily English-speaking clientele;

• Excellent understanding of how various spa services operate, including benefits, indications, and contraindications;

• Ability to promote treatments and services without coming across as overly sales-driven;

• Strong stress management skills and the ability to handle pressure in a positive and effective manner;

• Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively;

• Interest in and ability to provide exceptional service to our guests;

• Excellent interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of a high-end clientele;

• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct oneself with maturity and integrity at all times;

• Be organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
