Junior Business Systems Analyst Summer Student

In the role of Junior Business Systems Analyst you will provide a fresh perspective by analyzing how tasks are performed and recommend creative ways to support smoother team operations while also supporting project an excellent job for students interested in developing organizational leadership and project delivery skills.

Placement Details:

This is a 4 month summer placement starting in May located in North York (Victoria Park Center).

What you will do:

• Use creative thinking to identify and propose opportunities to streamline processes
• Support project scheduling coordination and logistics
• Support project reporting and administration
• Support coordination of testing and defect resolution
• Provide Operational and Implementation Support

Who you are:

• You are currently enrolled in a full time post-secondary program studying Computer Science Information Technology Business Systems Business or related program and will be returning to full time school immediately following the work term.
• Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
• Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridges core values (Safety Integrity Respect Inclusion High Performance).
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.
• Strong attention to detail logical and creative thinking.

Working Conditions:

• Office based role located in North York ON
• Relocation assistance is not provided.
