In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of a complex, fast-moving social media program serving enterprise, commercial, and developer-focused audiences. You will work closely with Social Media Managers and Content Leads to keep B2B and Developer content organized, published accurately, and moving through approvals efficiently.
This role is critical to maintaining momentum across technical content workflows, where precision, timing, and coordination matter. You’ll support social execution across commercial and developer channels by managing publishing logistics, routing assets and approvals, and escalating important community interactions—allowing SMMs and Leads to focus on strategy, storytelling, and engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support publishing workflows for B2B and Developer social channels by managing schedules, asset readiness, and approval routing.
- Assist Social Media Managers with content trafficking, including uploading assets, tagging, and scheduling in social publishing tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
- Maintain editorial calendar accuracy for commercial and developer content, ensuring timelines, assets, and metadata are complete.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Account Managers to track deliverables and keep technical content moving on schedule.
- Monitor DMs, replies, and community touchpoints to flag technical questions, feedback, or issues that require escalation to SMMs or Leads.
- Organize creative assets, briefs, and feedback across shared systems to support high-volume, multi-stakeholder workflows.
- Support reporting and analytics workflows by pulling links, screenshots, and basic performance data.
- Assist with reactive and time-sensitive moments (launches, announcements, technical conversations) by routing approvals and publishing support quickly.
- Proactively flag risks, delays, or missing inputs that could impact timelines or accuracy.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with major social platforms (X, , Reddit, YouTube) and how technical or B2B content is published and managed.
- Experience with social publishing or project management tools (Sprinklr, Sprout, Asana, Monday, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail—especially around accuracy and approvals.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing parallel timelines.
- Clear communicator with good judgment around escalation and prioritization.
- Interest in technology, enterprise marketing, or developer communities.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
