As a Senior Project Manager , you will lead some of the most meaningful and needed multi-year Hospital projects in British Columbia. These projects range from $30 - $400 million with a typical duration of 3 to 7 years.

This role is best suited for those with strong project management and leadership skills who want to make an impact. You'll be part of a progressive and supportive environment that fosters high performance and continuous development, enabling individuals and teams to grow meaningfully while meeting or exceeding project deliverables.

Location

This is a site-based role on project sites across the Lower Mainland, BC, and Western Canada. Compensation will reflect factors such as work location and any applicable shift schedules.

Your responsibilities

• As a member of the Project Leadership Team, you will be responsible to ensure the project team has the direction, culture and resources to successfully achieve project deliverables within the schedule and budget.
• Lead project management of Electrical and Technology scope for large design build projects, including the planning and coordination of the design & construction processes.
• Control the schedule, budget and quality of design build projects.
• Manage project performance tracking and financial reporting.
• Manage relationships with Clients, Engineers, Vendors and other stakeholders.
• Work with the Superintendent to manage labour requirements and staffing.
• Provide mentorship to your team.
• Lead the procurement process.
• Assist / Lead the pursuit of design build projects.
