We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team, contributing to our new partnership with a leading automotive company. You will be responsible for cleaning and painting parts, utilizing a pressure washer, and performing touch-up painting. This role involves general labor duties in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and paint automotive parts using a pressure washer and other equipment.
• Perform touch-up painting as needed.
• Engage in general labor duties to support production operations.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality standards.

Work Environment

Work in a very large welding shop that is well-organized and maintained. While the environment can be hot, there are fans and large bay doors open for air circulation. The company culture is welcoming, with team members eager to help each other succeed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cambridge, ON.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 / hr.
