Position Details

What you will do

• Consult with business partners in Insurance to develop training programs and select the most effective and appropriate instructional methods / materials to reinforce the participants’ learning and enhance knowledge retention.
• Use your energetic attitude and engaging public speaking skills to present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
• Stay current on the insurance industry as well as abreast of training and development trends, activities and techniques to ensure that you stay current with the industry.
