We are currently hiring for a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team in Altamonte Springs, FL!

Requirements for the Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager :
- Active Florida 2- (Property & Casualty) license preferred, 4- considered
- Ideal candidate with 5+ years experience in an account management role
- Current Applied Epic experience is required
- Bilingual is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prompt response times
- Knowledge of insurance products and their application to business
- Knowledge of insurance markets
- Maintains a cordial and professional relationship and has a strong service focus
Responsibilities for the Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager :
- Serve as a primary contact to clients, carriers and producers for service needs
- Complete and submits applications and ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies. Prepare pre-renewal summaries of insurance, proposals, invoices, binders, certificates, ID cards, policies, endorsements, and other related items.
- Review client contracts and endorse policies to meet requirements if needed. Process renewals, review audits of policies, verifies accuracy, and facilitate corrections if needed.
- Verify policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary.
- Document all activity, phone calls, emails and correspondence in Applied Epic system.
- Daily follow-up on un-routed attachments, open activities, and other EPIC tasks.
- Address incoming mail, email, fax and phone requests.
- Assist with other tasks necessary.
