Description de posteFlexible seasonal contract between April and September 2026 Contract available from May to August 2026 Full-time and part-time opportunities available Opportunity to continue working with Kognitive after the seasonal contract ends Work outdoors at assigned gas station locations within your territory Educate customers on financial product features and benefits Drive sales, customer sign-ups, and brand awareness Deliver exceptional customer service Use engaging and confident communication to connect with customers Build positive working relationships with gas station staff Handle all customer information with professionalism and confidentiality Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable travelling within your assigned territory Outgoing and confident communicator Sales or customer service experience is an asset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to undergo a criminal background check Access to a reliable vehicle is considered an asset Dynamic and fast-paced outdoor work environment Paid training and ongoing coaching Competitive base plus commission structure Growth and advancement opportunities within Kognitive Opportunity to represent a nationally recognized Canadian brand
Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives. In this role, working outdoors at the Gas Station locations, you will be educating clients and offering Canadian Tire Financial Products on behalf of one of the most trusted and iconic Canadian brands.
Compensation
- $17.60 per hour base wage plus uncapped commission
