We have an immediate opening for a HVAC Service Dispatch Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This position is pivotal in our office providing exceptional customer service and support to our technicians and customers.

POSITION : HVAC Service Dispatch Coordinator

PAY : $23.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience

WORK HOURS : Monday through Friday, 7 : 45 am - 4 : 45 pm

LOCATION : Regina, SK

  • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls
  • Scheduling service and maintenance appointments
  • Prioritizing incoming service requests and dispatching technicians
  • Liaison between our customers and service technicians and ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Gather essential information and enter data into our operating system in "real time" while communicating with customers
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via telephone and emails in a timely manner
  • Checking timesheets
  • Purchaser orders
  • Checking GPS for location and best routes
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :

  • Desire to support and be part of a great team!
  • 2 + years of customer service, schedule coordinating, project coordinating or similar experience
  • Dispatching experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organized with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to adapt, stay calm under pressure and work with a wide range of personalities
  • Proficient in using multiline phones, text messaging and email
  • Able to type 40+ WPM
  • Experience using a CRM / ERP, or cloud-based operating system; we use BuildOps
