About the Role :

Vitacore is seeking a Production Supervisor our Manufacturing & Recycling teams. This is a key hands-on leadership role supporting day-to-day production, team coordination, and continuous improvement across two fast-paced operational areas. Responsibilities include :

Production :

• Assist in planning, managing and executing production operations.
• Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule.
• Coordinate the communication flow between management and the team members.
• Coordinate the maintenance plans with the team.
• Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
• Support determining resource requirements and work allocation for production operation.
• Support cost-optimization initiatives implementation.
• Support KPIs implementation.
