• Deliver warm confident and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boys commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome greet and assist customers while processing purchases efficiently and accurately including scanning items bagging orders and collecting tenders using Farm Boy Service Standards.
• Share your knowledge and passion for Farm Boy products while assisting customers with questions and product information.
• Learn and apply product codes quickly and accurately to ensure timely checkout service.
• Handle all cash and tender transactions responsibly including balancing tills and maintaining payment accuracy.
• Support store operations by answering and directing incoming phone calls as needed.
• Assist with the safe handling and sale of alcohol at applicable locations (Smart Serve certification required or willingness to obtain).
• Maintain clean safe and organized work storage and front-of-store areas through general housekeeping duties including cart retrieval from the parking area.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures with a strong focus on Health & Safety Food Safety and proper equipment use.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
