A leading environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Environmental Consultant to join its team in the Greater Toronto Area and work with a high-profile client base. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of complex contaminated site projects, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in driving the business forward.

Key responsibilities :

The Senior Environmental Consultant will oversee the planning, management, and execution of contaminated site projects, providing technical leadership and client-facing expertise. Projects span environmental site assessments, remediation, risk assessments, hydrogeology, compliance, permitting, monitoring programs, and excess soil management.

Responsibilities include :

• Lead contaminated site investigations from work plans and budgets to fieldwork and final reporting.
• Provide senior technical review and guidance across projects.
• Advise clients on contaminated site issues and regulatory requirements.
• Drive business development through proposals, presentations, networking, and relationship-building.
• Mentor and support junior and intermediate staff.
• Contribute to the development of internal protocols and best practices.
