Job Summary
As the Specialist, Production Technical Support, you will be responsible to identify and evaluate the manufacturing processes of products already marketed (Internal and / or external) to improve their quality, costs and / or efficiency. You will evaluate new sources of raw materials and / or excipients and make recommendations. You will perform the various tasks related to process improvement and site change.
You'll be working as part of a team with multi-disciplinary experts from a variety of departments, taking on many challenges in a non-routine position. You will be involved in all stages of manufacturing (from weighing to finished product) and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of galenic forms (tablets, capsules, pellets) and equipment (encapsulators, enrobers, fluidized beds, etc.).
Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Transfer manufacturing processes between plants
- Solve production problems
- Changes to new sources of raw materials
- Evaluates project feasibility and makes recommendations
- Integral part of project management activities
- Assists in the manufacture of project production batches
- Provides technical and operational support for production
- Collaborates with production teams to solve technical problems and optimize processes.
- Writes or revises protocols and reports)
