Base Pay Range

CA$100,000.00 / yr - CA$120,000.00 / yr

Under the direction of the Plant Manager, this role acts as liaison between internal and external business partners, optimizing operational rate and preventative maintenance strategies with a strategic vision while adhering to established safety and quality procedures and striving to continually improve all facets of the business.

As a technical expert the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for respecting the values of the organization with a focus on continual improvement and operational excellence. They will be responsible for the performance and financial results of operational activities related to equipment at the site and will ensure the constant improvement of internal processes and team development.
