Your Role

The E‑Learning Specialist plays a key role in advancing the Firm’s learning and development strategy by designing, developing, and delivering high‑impact digital learning experiences for legal and business professionals across the Firm. Reporting to the Senior Director, Learning & Development, this role is responsible for creating engaging, accessible, and scalable e‑learning solutions that support onboarding, professional development, compliance, and innovation initiatives.

Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and cross‑functional teams, the E‑Learning Specialist will leverage best practices in adult learning and instructional design to build interactive modules, manage the Firm’s learning management system (LMS), and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of the professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, interactive e‑learning modules tailored to legal and business professionals.
• Apply instructional design principles to create content that supports adult learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex legal and business concepts into accessible digital learning experiences.
• Ensure all content is aligned with firm standards, branding, and compliance requirements.
