One of our clients in the Health Care sector is preparing for a significant ERP implementation initiative and is seeking an experienced ERP Change Management Consultant to support the initial planning phase of an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This role will focus on establishing the foundational change management strategy—including stakeholder alignment, readiness assessments, communications planning, and training frameworks—to ensure a smooth transition and organizational adoption as the implementation progresses.This is a key opportunity to shape the change enablement approach from the ground up, helping to prepare the organization for one of the most critical system transformations in its history.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Manager • Ottawa, ON
